GMS cabinet-type Ultra-temperature Sterilizer Description
Applicable Scope and Performance Features:
Type GMS cabinet-type ultra-temperature sterilizer is suitable for ultra-temperature instant sterilization of the condiments such as soy sauce and vinegar, as well as traditional Chinese medicine liquid and vegetable juice. This sterilizer applies reasonable series connection of several groups of heat exchangers of extension type and uses convert heat exchange and makes the material after instant sterilization in high temperature area rapidly enter the cooling area to have heat exchange with the cold material without being treated, preheating the cold material at the same time of cooling the hot material after sterilization. After various sections of preheating→ultra-temperature instant sterilization→cooling, the material has the following features:
* Good sterilization effect and small loss in each physical and chemical index;
* Heat exchange between cold and hot material greatly reduces the energy consumption of this machine, reaching a heat utilization rate of 93.87%;
* All the heat exchange pipes apply straight pipes, making it easy for cleaning operation, not needing to use chemical cleaning and other cleaning equipments;
* With compulsory cooling device, discharging temperature will be lower, suitable for the sterilization before packing.
